This Crop Room Policy of www.treasuredmemoriescanada.com has been posted and is effective as of July 15, 2011.

* Treasured Memories Canada allows FREE use of die-cutting tools & machines WITH PURCHASE of PAPER or MINIMUM purchase of $15.00 (at time of cropping). If you wish to bring your own paper and do not want to shop, a charge of $3.00 per hour applies.

* Rules & Common Courtesy In Your Crop Room ~

• Respect the rights of others in word, action and deed.

• Do not misuse / abuse the tools ~ They are for Scrapbooking & card making use only.

• Register when entering the Crop Room so we may begin a tab for you. As you gather your items for purchase we will make a note so you will only have to make one purchase before leaving.

• No unpaid or unregistered items allowed in crop room.

• We share our knowledge and our tools in most instances and most of our fellow croppers feel the same way. We ask that if others are cropping at the same time, you respect each person’s privacy and property.

• What happens in your crop room stays in the crop room! Do not repeat what you hear or spread gossip or start rumors. We all appreciate the opportunity to vent at times without the threat of someone taking things out of context.

• Online Membership Discount Cards CANNOT be used for Crop Room Fees or in-person shopping.

• Have fun, relax & meet new people!

Aisle Safety ~

The crop room is one of the most important areas used by croppers and is very small. Please help us keep your crop room safe as possible by monitoring the aisle space around your work area. Aisle ways should remain open and clear and should allow safe passage in and around the crop room tables at all times.

Extra Furniture ~

No extra furniture will be allowed in the crop room. If it cannot fit under the table, or on top of the table, we ask for the safety and consideration of others, you do not bring it. We will ask you to remove any items that we feel violate our policies.

Drinks and Spills ~

Please remember that open drink containers and precious photos do not mix. If you choose to have a beverage, use a covered cup or bottle. We would like to remind you of the lifetime of memories in this room that would be ruined in one instant, by an unexpected spill! ** Please note the flooring is beige carpet!!

Lost Items ~

Be sure to initial your products to avoid lost items and mix-ups.

PLEASE NOTE: Treasured Memories Canada is in a private residence. Shopping and cropping is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We usually require at least 30 minutes notice.

Class & Crop Cancellation

To help ensure that your class/crop is held:

* Register & Pay In Advance. Prepayment of classes is required! The crop room is small and only allows for 4 people. Those who pay will be guaranteed a spot. You cannot just show up, expecting to have a seat if you have not paid in advance. You may contact TMC to check last-minute availability, but please do not be disappointed if there isn’t!

* If you will not be able to attend a class/crop that you have paid for…

• If you cancel with more than 3 days notice, a store credit or a future class credit for full amount of fee will be granted, unless there is a special cancellation policy noted. Sorry, we do not offer refunds.

• No refund of fee for cancellation with less than 72 hours notice before the class/crop begins (unless the class/crop is sold out and your space can be resold).

* THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! We know that things come up; but please respect that the teacher or I have prepared for your attendance, ordered and pre-paid for your class supplies. Additionally, there may have been someone else wanting to attend the class/crop but couldn’t because it was full; if you cancel at the last minute we all lose. Therefore, there are absolutely no exceptions to this cancellation policy.

* If WE cancel a class/crop…

• …if WE cancel a class/crop, for any reason, which you have paid for, we will issue you a FULL REFUND for the fee which you paid (or you can roll it over to another class, or you can get in-store credit).

* Contact us to confirm your space and prepay!

Treasured Memories Canada reserves the right to change any of these rules at any time without notice.

Treasured Memories Canada may from time to time change this Policy or change, modify or withdraw access to this site at any time with or without notice. However, if this Policy is changed in a material, adverse way, Treasured Memories Canada will post a notice advising of such change at the beginning of this Policy and on this sites home page for 30 days. We recommend that you re-visit this Policy from time to time to learn of any such changes to this Policy.
